I didn't include any information from my 1095-c form when filing my taxes, was a penalized as not having health insurance? Would it be deducted from my federal return if so?
Thank you,
Gage

If you received a 1095-C for having health insurance thru an employer plan, you do not have to enter that in TurboTax.  But you do need to answer the very first question in the Healthcare section, saying whether you had insurance coverage for the whole year.  As long as you did that, you are not subject to any penalty.

You can double-check this by looking at your tax return and seeing if the Full-Year Coverage box is checked.  That will be on line 61 of the 1040, line 38 of the 1040A, and line 11 of the 1040-EZ.
