I have NY-SDI and NY-PFL on my W-2 box 14.
I understand those should be entered as "Other mandatory deductible state or local tax not on above list" for the purpose of the Federal return.
My question is do I need to enter those numbers anywhere on NY state return? If so where exactly?

No. NY SDI and NY PFL do not need to be entered on the New York State return.
No. NY SDI and NY PFL do not need to be entered on the New York State return.
Why not? They not included in state tax withdrawing and should be treated as additional mandatary state taxes, right?
They do not have a direct affect on your income taxes.
SDI New York is the state-mandated disability insurance. The New York Disability Benefits Law outlines the requirements for the program. This amount reported in box 14, Other, is not New York State withholding and cannot be included in your total New York State tax withheld.
NY PFL is New York Paid Family Leave. New York Paid Family Leave is insurance that is funded by employees through payroll deductions. Each year, the Department of Financial Services sets the employee contribution rate to match the cost of coverage. This amount is deducted from your post-tax income and appears on your paystubs as a post-tax deduction.
