Number of providers allowed in form 2441 in order to e-file. If you have more than maximum allowed for program, you cannot e-file
If you need to list dependent care expenses paid to more than two (2) providers, an additional Form 2441 is required, and the return cannot be sent through the e-File system.
Instead, you will need to select the option to File by Mail and print and mail your return to the IRS for processing.
