Under my order details it doesn’t show if my service code was applied. Where can I get confirmation that my service code has been applied to my order?
If you don't see a dollar amount adjustment credit for your service code under the order details then it has not been applied properly. If you followed the instructions from this: https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/charges-and-fees/help/where-do-i-enter-my-service-code/00/26343 and you continue to have an issue contact us.

Was provided a 20% service code for having to restart my tax return via the online version. Despite system feedback confirming my service code was accepted/applied, it does not show the discount as a line item nor does the total price reflect said discount when i checkout. Who can i talk to about getting the promised discount / credit?
