Are you referring to email you are expecting from TurboTax/Intuit, or are you receiving no email at all from anyone?
Also, if from TurboTax/Intuit, look in your email's spam/junk folder to be sure the email is not ending up there.
If from TurboTax/Intuit, email for what purpose?? What are you trying to do?
For example, is it in regard to 2-factor authorization when logging into TurboTax?
Or is it perhaps when trying to get a 6-digit email verification code when efiling?
An email notice of whether your efiled return is accepted/rejected?
Etc.
