I already paid the turbotax fees. Go to how I want to recieve refund. Let's me go through all of that, says I can get the refund advance. Click all of that and then it goes right back to the mai. Screen where it says "thanks for your payment" "choose how you want to recieve deposit" "sign and efile" it's not processing how I chose to recieve dd and actually sign.

Mine is doing the same thing for NY state. Did you file unearned income or child tax credit?
Yes I did, I've filed for both of those. It is still doing the same thing. So annoying. Like why is it having you choose a bank account amd everything but yet it's like it doesn't register it.
It might be that not all the forms in your return have been finalized yet. If you have Draft forms in your return, it would not allow you to finish your return.
Use this link to reference when your tax forms will be available. You can search by TurboTax Product and for IRS and State-Specific Forms.
No, everything is done amd passed the checks. No errors and all the boxes are checked off that need checked. It's the final 3 steps. Took payment for filing with turbo tax, says I qualify for advance and then asks if I want to deposit it in my credit karma account from last year and where I want my state to go. Click all the disclosure agreements and then it goes back to the screen to do the 3rd step and efile but it's like it didn't acknowledge all of the steps I did for the direct deposit. So it won't let me efile yet.
I would try doing this step in another browser.
Did you find a solution? Mine is doing this as well
Hello,
I am still encountering this issue while amending my return. I have tried clearing cache & cookies, using incognito browser, different browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox), even using mobile... I am still stuck in this loop where I cannot move forward.
It lets you past the screen if you choose to get refund via check. In my case, I am amending my tax return and for the federal refund if I choose direct deposit option, it just keeps looping. If I choose the get refund by check option (under direct deposit), it lets me through. Looks like that's the only way forward now...
