Not letting me e-file state

I have my taxes ready to go, my federal has the option to while but not my state. I don’t owe on state and none of my forms should effect being able to efile. Is there a delay on efiling state?

Can you clarify which state? Some states have not started accepting tax returns. @Vbro

anyone else not receiving the $10 credit toward the state efile fee? I was at the point where pushing a button completed the transaction but didn't?
