Not happy. TT Deluxe. Using something else next year. You show $268 more fed refund on upper left than on last page. Why? You added $4000 to fed withhold taxes, why?

I'm disappointed this year. I used the same email for the last 2 yrs and you keep defaulting back to my first email. The Deluxe Fidelity disc was $29.99 when I started. It was $49.99 when I ended. Next year I go somewhere else. Or do myself.

Upper left is for Federal only...one of the final filing pages shows the effective net if you owed your state....but that's just an FYI of total net....just (supposedly) to make you feel better  (again, "supposedly") .  Your Federal Refund and state taxes owed are handled separately

.....your "fees" confuse me, as you say you are using the disc, but started this question telling us you are using the Online software. ....... $30 for a disc is pretty cheap and suspicious, and would not likely include a free state....would have to have been without a state using Basic or (Deluxe, the version without the state.)   If you accidentally used Online instead...then sure..each state costs more  $49.99 for CA maybe...who knows.

But if you bought the disc, you shouldn't be using the Online software...you should be using teh software installed on your computer using the disc.

In this public Forum....We users cannot figure out what you've done here to get those fees.

Call Customer Support and tell them you have a "billing Issue" they are not too busy right now.  MAybe they can figure out what you've been doing.
