Make sure you are logged in using the same credentials you used when preparing your 2023 tax return. Please see this link to verify any accounts you may have under your information.
Once you confirm that you are using the same account, follow these instructions to import your data from 2023 if it is not already carried forward.
If you have already done this and you are still noticing the issue, can you comment back with the type of form you have assets for. Is it not transferring all of the assets or is it bringing some forward and leaving some out?
