Northern Deductions has given me an error page after trying to submit the info. Has anyone else experience problems with the Northern Deductions submissions?

After filling out the information on where I lived and for how long under the Northern residents deductions, a message appears that says "we have encountered an error" but doesn't say what for. Does anyone kow how to resolve this?
