Non resident RSU taxation

I am a Canadian resident living in Canada. I am employed by the Canadian branch of an US company.

As part of my compensation, I am awarded US listed RSUs. I filed a W8-BEN and upon vesting, taxes were withheld for Canadian taxes.

I have never worked for this company in the US or lived in the US in the last three years.

I also have some dividend/interest income in US from my old US brokerage accounts. This is usually around 500-600 USD (definitely less than 1000 USD)

Do I need to file non resident tax returns?

If yes, do they RSUs need to be included in it? (I didn't have RSUs before and I used to file 1040 NR for just the US dividends/interest)
