Non-qualified distribution code
My non-qualified annuity is coded as a 7D distribution and should be taxable in PA. But TurboTax says it is not taxable. How do I correct this?

The taxable amount should be in box 2a.

In your PA state interview you will arrive at a page titled, "What kind of retirement income do you have from PA?" In the dropdown box select "Insurance and endowment". Continue through the interview. Later in the interview you will be asked to confirm the amount of the taxable commercial annuity.
