I cannot seem to get a verification code to complete

I cannot get my verification code to submit either for my daughter. I have updated the account settings for voice and updated email. This process sucks. Its like i at the very end and can't finish this. I bought the upgraded package fro you guys and this is a nightmare.
I am not receiving a code either. Their servers must be getting slammed.

You may also request your code via text message. To receive your code through text please complete the following:

If you are still unable to get the code to work through text, choose I forgot my user ID or password and then choose I don't know my email address or user ID. You’ll be asked to provide some information about yourself, and then you’ll be asked a few questions to verify your identity. If that method fails, you’ll get a phone number to contact customer support.
I cannot get my verification code. I have a new e-mail address just recently. Can you walk me through using a different email. I can use [email address removed]. Can you help me with this?
