No. TurboTax 2016 online is shut down permanently and forever, so they can get things ready for the 2017 tax filing season. You either need to use the CD version on a PC or MAC, or download the blank forms from the IRS website and complete your taxes by hand. Either way, the IRS has shut down their e-file servers for the year. So you'll have to print, sign and mail your 2016 return to the IRS.
