No tax question I have an app question

I can't get the program to let me enter a 1099R because in the past I had a CHarles Schwab account which I still have. The funds were paid out by them, but are a retirement distribution. I can't open another 1099R because the app wants to do an auto download but this form is not from my brokerage account.

You will have to enter the 1099-R manually.  Tell the system "I'll type it in myself" and then copy the numbers from the 1099-R into the system.
