No State Employer ID Number

My W-2 has no state EID (Washington) in box 16. I've tried continuing through, but it won't let me e-file without it. I've tried everything, from restarting to deleting the W-2 and manually entering everything, to deleted the state abbreviation from box 15. Please help!!!

Nine states — AK, FL, NV, SD, TN, TX, and WY — levy no state income tax. NH has a tax on dividends and interest . WA started taxing Capital Gains in 2023. Leave boxes 15 thru 20 blank (empty) on the TurboTax W-2.
