@totonsophie, our bank only issues 1099-INT if earned interest of at least $10.
So, we don't always have a 1099-INT available to file some years if we made little, to no interest.
Small print on our bank's website describes this, was easy to miss.
If your interest from your bank account was less than $10, they are not required to send a Form 1099-INT. If you see there is an amount under $10 on your banking information, you can use that number in the area for 1099-INT, or if you didn't receive any interest, you may skip this section.
You should still report the interest income in TurboTax even if you didn't receive a form 1099-INT. You enter it in the Federal section of TurboTax, then Income and Expenses, then Interest and Dividends, then Interest on 1099-INT.
Use the I'll type it in myself option and enter the interest amount in the Box 1 entry.
