If I provided payment information when I filed so I also have to pay on the state website?

No, if you chose to direct debit your state tax owed you do not need to pay again.

You can verify the direct debit info that you entered when you filed by going to the (State) Information Worksheet.
Log in and from the left navigation bar go to:  Tax tools>Print center>Print, save or preview this year's return>2018 state return and Include government and TurboTax worksheets (optional)>View or print forms.
Look for the (State) Information Worksheet and depending on your state, the direct debit information will be in or around Part VI.
