No change in tax refund status

I submitted my taxes on 2/19 and they were accepted the same day. "Where's my Refund" shows its been processing for over 3 weeks with topic 152 showing.  I have not received an IRS letter and my transcript does not show my tax return was even processed yet. Should I be contacting the IRS or what should I do at this point?

Usually when you receive the topic 152message you will receive your taxrefund within the next 10-14 days.
