No 1099-K given for pet-sitting. Do I need to file income as cash?

I didn't earn enough money or have enough transactions to receive a 1099-K for my pet-sitting business. Do I still need to report the income received as cash?

Yes, you need to report this income as self-employment income. All income has to be reported including income received in cash, even if you did not receive any tax forms (1099-K or 1099-MISC).
