<P>I thought it was free but charged $244, was told incorrect information by one of their experts and I overpaid my state taxes, filed an amended return and got credit towards next years taxes. What a nightmare trying to get someone on the phone. Was told they would refund my money and today they told me no refund. What a scam.</P>
