Never filed 2017. Computer died. Bought Turbo Tax for 2017... Called Turbo Tax and they sent me a link for the 2017 tax software. The link did not work. Why?

The installation file will be in your download account.  Sign onto your download account using the same User ID you used to purchase the software - https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/unified/downloads?route=myaccounts

Make ***SURE*** you are under the tab for the tax year you want to purhcase. If you purchase the program for the wrong tax year, you own it.
