Never again

Never again will I file with turbo tax. The lady helping me through the process was so very nice and knowledgeable but in all honesty, they took more of my refund than I am getting in the end. And on top of that they have hidden fees. At first I was priced at $89 then $170 and in the end paid $218. It makes no sense to me and I’m getting back $120. I’m just at a loss. It was by my own ignorance since my mother had always done it for me. Live and learn but they are thieves in my opinion
