Go to forms on TT and simply scroll down until you reach 3800.

You will find the Form 3800 by following these instructions for TurboTax Online:

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen.

Click on Tools

Click on Topic Search

Enter 3800

With the result highlighted click on GO
