I have installed a new PC and successfully loaded TT Business on it. When I try to load my 2023 return, it insists that I install the VA supplement. I already paid for it but TT is insisting I pay a$55 again and I cannot avoid this window. How can I reload my 2023 return so I can use the estimated taxes option without having to pay again for the VA supplement?

See if Business State is listed in your downloads. Access your downloads here

Yes, I have TURBOTAX DESKTOP BUSINESS VA FIDUCIARY TAX YEAR 2023 DOWNLOAD as a Windows download. How do I get TTB to recognize it or load it?
Don't you just click on it? Then in the program go to the state tab and Edit state? I don't know the Business program.
Oh you probably have to start a NEW fake return so you can download and add the state program. At least you have to in the personal programs.
What I needed to do was download the VA supplement and then launch it from within Windows File Explorer (as you suggested). I thought I tried that before but apparently not. Thanks for the suggestion - it worked. The confusion on my pat may have been I am running Windows 11 in Parallels on my Mac. I also have my personal TT on my Mac. I've gotten it sorted out now. Thanks!
