Need to Mail 1040A due IP pin wasn't received, do I need to send any documents with dependent info or just the W2 forms.

When mailing your tax return to the IRS and/or your state, include a copy of any W-2, W-2G, 1099-R, or 1095-As you have.  The only dependent information needed is already included on your tax return.  Remember to sign the return before putting in the envelope.
