Enter your non-resident NJ information first, then the information for NY (resident). TurboTax will probably prompt you through this once you get to your state taxes,
Note that NJ will tax all your income - that's OK, because whatever tax you pay to NJ becomes a credit to your NY tax (called a "Resident Tax Credit").
It will look frightening, but will work out in the end.
