It's 800-829-4933. I was told yesterday that it is the TurboTax Business & Specialty line. HA! it's the IRS, and after holding literally 2 hours (put them on speaker and do something else), they were SO helpful! Worth the wait.
Why did you remove the phone number? that's what he needs!
If you want to know what to do since TurboTax doesn't have the forms ready so we can finish our returns, the IRS told me to get a form 7004 (don't know if that's the right one for your state) and fill it out, take it to the post office and get the date stamped, then make a copy of the stamped envelope and keep it just in case you are challenged on the extension.
IRS form 7004 is for requesting an extension of the time to file for business returns like 1120 and 1065.
IRS form 4868 is the request for an extension of time to file an individual return, a 1040.
