i tried to make an account with turbotax and i got an error message and it said i had to reach out to my admin how do i do that?

I accidently signed up and paid for an online turbo tax program, forgetting that I had ordered a CD.  This is a duplicate program and fee for me.  I am requesting a refund of either one.
