Need help undoing something. Adjusted form 2210 and not sure if this was correct.

I went to file (I have an extension) and I got something towards the end asking me to edit. The form was 2210 and it confused me. I thought it was asking how much I'm planning to pay towards my taxes after filing (I'm planning on paying the majority and adding the rest to last years payment plan). I did this edit and now my federal total went down by the amount I said I wanted to pay towards 2024 taxes. I'm just unsure if this was what I needed to do or not, because when I go back to the underpayment page, it just brings up 2023. Did I make a mistake and how can I undo it?
