Your 1095A is not a W-2. It has nothing to do with W-2's and does not get entered as a W-2. Your 1095A shows how much you received from the government to pay for the monthly premiums for your health insurance. No, you do not enter it as an estimated tax payment.
You enter it in Federal>Deductions and Credits>Medical>Affordable Care Act>Form 1095-A
