Need help on filing form 3520

Hello,

I am filing form 3520 because I received more than $100,000 from my mom in foreign country. My question is do I need to fill out my mom information in lines 2a to 2h. If not, do I even need my mom's information on form 3520?

No, you do not need to put your mom's information in. That part that you illustrate is only if the distribution is made from a foreign trust.
