Need advice on transferring from flash drives to new computer. Followed Turbo Tax instructions. Date File appears on software but with no figures.

After transferring date from flash drive to turbo tax software, the file appears but without any figures showing.  If I click on forms, the file appears with all figures filled in, but when i go out of the forms, back to "continue" nothing appears and My refund on both Federal and State shows nothing.  Any help is appreciated?

Did you first copy the .tax file to the new computer hard drive?  Don't open it from the flash drive.
