NC Apportionment percentage bug?

Hello,

Not sure if there is a bug in Turbo Tax Business 2024 for apportionment percentage income for North Carolina? The issue happens on Form D-403 Part 2 line B9 and doesn't allow me to do put anything in or fix it. No idea what I need to do here? Didn't need this last year, so I'm at a complete loss!
