My wife received $30 for Jury duty in Dec. of 2016. Where do I report that? Will I receive a W-2 or 1099 from Brevard County, Florida for this income?

Some courts may issue a 1099-G or 1099-MISC to report the jury duty payment, although many courts don't mail anything. Jury duty is taxable income and should be reported on your tax return, regardless if form is received or not.
- Please type Jury duty in the search box (see pic)
- Select Jump to blue link in the search results
OR Please follow the steps below:
1. Click on Federal Taxes.
2. Click on Wages & Income. (you may also have to select Skip to see all income)
3. Scroll down to Less Common Income.
4. Select Jury Duty
