by clicking on the TurboTax floating LIVE help button.

You can connect with a LIVE TurboTax Agent as follows:
- You can Select the floating Live help button.
- You can select Connect with live help at the top of the chat window.
- You can enter your tax question or tax topic area and select Continue.
- You can select your preferred method for connecting with a tax expert.

If you would like to switch to TurboTax Live and you start using another TurboTax product:
- Sign in to TurboTax and open or continue your return.
- Select Live Tax Advice.
