My turbo tax expert sent a message, where do I find it?

Told me to siggn into my account, I did but there is no message folder etc. on the page

How do I send/view messages from my expert?

To view a message from your tax expert, select the tab with your expert's name (next to Checklist). You’ll see a list of all your messages. You can also enter and send your expert a message here.

If you have any trouble accessing your messages, please let your tax expert know during your next appointment.

Isd this in Turbo Tax that I would find that tab? I'm using the Mac desktop version. Thanks.

I can’t find what you are talking about. I use the Mac desktop version. I don’t see anything with her name or messages. I tried signing into my account, but there were no messages there either.
