My transmission didn’t go through. Turbo tax told to me they are going to help me. Still the same. I’m frustrated.

I'm having the same problems.  I have been going in "circles" when trying to finish my taxes.  Turbo Tax already has my $$ from my credit card, but I haven't heard back from them.  I'm wondering, if they can't help me, how to get my money back.  Sounds like you are having some of the same issues.  I wish I could help you more. :(

Same problem for me. I filed my federal and state and transmitted just fine.  Then we put together my significant others return, paid the fees and now it just says it the transmission didn't go through please try again later which I have done 2 days later and still the same.

Same thing is happening to me.  How do we get further help.  Sounds like it is a Turbotax problem.  Not good for their image
