I'm having the same problems. I have been going in "circles" when trying to finish my taxes. Turbo Tax already has my $$ from my credit card, but I haven't heard back from them. I'm wondering, if they can't help me, how to get my money back. Sounds like you are having some of the same issues. I wish I could help you more. :(
