My tenant asking for W-9, how do i get it through turbotax

why do they want it?  if you are renting to a business they need it because they must issue you a 1099.  in that case I would suggest you get an EIN so you don't have to give them your Social Security Number. Individuals don't issue 1099s to their landlord.

You don't get Form W-9 through TurboTax. It's not included in TurboTax. But it's a very simple form that you can easily fill out by hand. If you really need it, download a blank form from the link that SweetieJean posted.
