My taxes

Can start my taxes and refine without being charge. I left some information blank and I didn’t mean to and I think that’s why my taxes or being rejected. Please help me thanks.

As long as you haven't submitted payment, deducted the TurboTax fee from your refund, or registered, you can erase your return and start from scratch in TurboTax Online.

1. Sign in and select a topic to continue your return.
2. On the next screen, from the left-side menu, select Tax Tools, and then Clear & Start Over (select the menu icon in the upper-left corner if you don't see this menu).
3. Answer Yes in the pop-up to confirm.

The only payment I’ve made is pay for using Turbo Tax. Can I start over.

If you paid the Turbo Tax fees you can not clear and start over.  You will have to try to fix what you already entered.  What do you need to fix?

Click on Add a State to let you back into your retun.
