Did you file a married filing jointly tax return last year with the same spouse? If so, the AGI would be the same for each of you. If you filed separately, are you entering her AGI for her?
If you are entering the correct AGI, try entering the number 0 instead. That will often work.
No it did not help me, I am so upset with this, and I have already paid $110 to have them efiled
Sorry to ask but did your spouse die during the year? There is a problem with that. You have to mail your return.
And the fees are to prepare the return whether you efile OR print and mail. Efiling is free.
