My taxes from 2021 aren't showing up and Turbo. Tax is not helping me with that s*** out. It's really a frustrating that I have to pay

The state is wanting me to file my taxes for 2021. But I already deal with Turbo tax and Turbo taxes. Charging me to ask simple questions like that. So what's going on? That's why I hate Turbo tax. It's useless

To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Start the 2023 online tax return by entering some personal information then click on Tax Home on the left side of the screen.

On the Tax Home webpage -

Scroll down to the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created.  TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.

@nbmata001 Is the state saying you did not file a 2021 state tax return or are they saying you did not PAY your state tax due?   Your only proof that you paid the state would be your own bank or credit card records.  TurboTax never knows if you paid the state.   If you owed the state you had to pay by using a credit card on the state's website or by mailing the state check or money order.  A few states allow you to enter information for a direct debit on your tax form and they pull the payment out of your account.

If something went wrong and you discover that your state return was rejected when you tried to e-file it, or that it just was never filed at all, then you will need to print, sign and mail it.  E-filing is closed for 2021 returns.
