If you are unable to e-file your return, you will need to print, sign and mail the return(s) yourself. TurboTax does not submit mailed returns. I suggest that you mail the return using a certified method so that you're assured of delivery to the IRS. See the TurboTax FAQ below for full instructions on choosing to File by Mail.
