My tax return information from last year says that I have two dependents, but I don't remember adding any (seeing as we don't have any). What's going on?

When Turbo Tax pulled in my tax return from last year (I used Turbo Tax last year so it was immediate), it says that I'm married and filed jointly, which is correct, but then it says "with 2 dependents", but we have no kids and didn't file any dependents. Is this a glitch?

Are you sure you are not just seeing two personal exemptions--one for each spouse?  When you file a joint return yogurt a married standard deduction--for 2016 it was $12,600 and a personal exemption for each spouse--$4050 each.

Does it say 2 Exemptions (not Dependents)? That would be you and your spouse.

no, it says verbatim, "with 2 dependents".

Look at your actual  2016 tax return then.  How many exemptions did you claim for 2016?  You could not have claimed dependents without entering information about them including Social Security numbers.

I don't know. I'll have to look into it. Those are simply the words that Turbo tax put on the screen after it pulled in my 2016 info.

Well go to My Info and see who is listed.  Make sure it is your return.  You might have accidentally logged into someone else's account.

Oh,  did you do anyone else's return or let someone use your account?

In my saved file from last year it shows me and my spouse checked under "Exemptions" and anything else that would pertain to children is not touched, so you're probably right. Turbo Tax should consider adjusting this verbiage on their website.
