My son's school is requesting verification of FAFSA that my husband and I both filed married/head of household due to separation. Is this a memo that I can get from Turbo Tax?

Presumably you need to give the school a copy of the tax return you filed.  You can print a copy from your account.  Even if your husband used Turbotax, privacy laws would prevent Turbotax from giving any information about his tax return to anyone else.  So your child should ask their father for a copy of his tax return to submit to the school.
