my son has aspergers syndrome, now considered autism. he is 28, lives, and supported completely by me. we documents from medical doc's to verify. Is he disabled?

If your doctor wrote that he is not capable of working then he is disabled.

Per the IRS Instructions to Schedule R, to be considered disabled, you have to not be able to engage in substantial gainful activity because of a physical or mental condition and you need a physician to determine that the condition has lasted or can be expected to last continuously for at least a year or can result in death:
