My service code that was emailed to me to do the turbotax deluxe for free is not working, how do i get this to work?

You can check to see if the discount was applied by clicking on Tax Tools from the Menu on the left side in your return. Click Tools then My Fees.

That's great but "my fees" isn't an option in the list. Also, the Service code still not working.
