Turbo Tax did an update when I logged in this morning and now all my information is gone. I have a PDF copy of my forms from Feb. 10th. I had not submitted to IRS yet and was going to do that this morning. Now all my info is gone and it's asking me to start over. HELP!

Turn off the NUM and CAPS locks on your keyboard, and be sure you are typing in the correct User ID and password. TT Online autosaves. If, however, you are using TT Desktop, you must proactively save the file yourself as you use it.
