My return was rejected I fixed it and resubmitted. It has been accepted but not approved yet. Normally it's approved quickly just not sent out. How do I know it's ok?

The best way to track your refund is at the following IRS link “Where’s My Refund” https://www.irs.gov/refunds .  You can start checking on the status of your refund within 24 hours after the IRS has received your e-file, which is when it has been “Accepted”. This IRS tracking tool displays progress through 3 stages: (1) Return Received, (2) Refund Approved and (3) Refund Sent.

As far as it being ok see the following:

Another reason you could be waiting for approval more than 48 hours, is if you have claimed the EITC or ACTC. See this link to IRS.gov below for further explanation:
